Pennies dropping at the EA Masters Event

The EA Masters event held in London on Friday was a fantastic success – for the organisers, for us and for agents who went away from it filled with ideas, insights and new opportunities.

Great venue, brilliant speakers, superbly organised and very well attended.

We spoke with more than 60 different firms in what proved the best expo we’ve taken part in.

And a lot of agents had lightbulb moments during our chats with them on our stand.

As I’ve said before many agents are blissfully unaware of the land and new homes opportunities on their patches.

We used our access to leading PropTech to switch on many agents to the instruction goldmines within their reach in their areas.

Many felt that the land and new home market in their areas is a closed shop, dominated by just one agency.

We showed at the EA Masters this isn’t the case and opened their eyes to how they could go about winning instructions, leading to great commissions and future revenue through lettings and return business.

A big draw for agents visiting our stand was our offer of a Development Insight Report for their respective areas.

The report features the following:

  • How many active new builds are currently for sale in each area.
  • Which sites have had planning granted in 2017.
  • The number of units granted planning permission in each area.
  • The number of sites so far submitted to the planning authorities in 2017 and the number of units.

And a lot more besides.

It was interesting to see agents’ responses and it’s fair to say a few pennies dropped when the information in the reports was presented to them.

If you couldn’t attend the event or didn’t see us on the day there’s still a way of accessing your area’s Development Insight Report.

If your area isn’t already served by one of our members, and you’re an independent agency, we’ll send you the complimentary report.

Send an email to hello@lnhnetwork.co.uk with your agency’s details and we will be in touch.
