February was a full-on month at the Land & New Homes Network.
We have recently completed eight regional Insight Days across the UK with our members which have been a great success.
The feedback we get from our Insight Days is always good, but these last ones were outstanding.
We travelled across England bringing our members’ only sessions to more than 70 non-competing, forward thinking agents.
The sessions revolved around reviewing our members’ business plans for 2018 as well as insights and information sharing to ensure our members have the best tools to help them develop and grow their land and new homes offerings.
The focus was and is firmly on the future of land and new homes and the opportunities it offers to agents who know how to seize it.
What makes our days different from most other networks?
Well, we actually roll up our sleeves and get stuck in with our members to provide very close personal support to them and give them the tools, techniques and contacts to help them with making land and new homes a vital part of their business.
Across the eight days there were also a range of presentations from house builders through to strategic partners from the prop-tech, marketing and planning worlds.
Our Insight Days and e-learning sessions are scheduled regularly throughout the year with the regions expanding as the membership continues to grow.
