2020 optimism

It’s been eight weeks since the General Election result and seven weeks since we heard from behavioral economist Roger Martin-Fagg at an event kindly hosted by Property Academy – Roger shared his views on what would happen in 2020 and beyond with the message loud and clear – it’s going to be a good year.

Since mid-December, we have held five training events for many of our members from all parts of the country, with the whole focus being on keeping it simple and working on the strategies that will make 2020 and beyond fantastic.

In simple terms, everyone without exception is incredibly positive for the year ahead and it seems that the mood is good with buyers and vendors seeing this as the year to get on with life.

The same is evident from landowners and developers who were perhaps sitting on the fence wondering whether to hold off or push on.   Since the start of the year, we have seen so many landowners feeling that the time is right to sell their land which is a good sign.

Fingers crossed this new year optimism evolves further over the coming months.   Exciting times.
