Since mid-December, we have held five training events for many of our members from all parts of the country, with the whole focus being on keeping it simple and working on the strategies that will make 2020 and beyond fantastic. In simple terms, everyone without exception is incredibly positive for the year ahead and it seems that the mood is good with buyers and vendors seeing this as the year to get on with life. The same is evident from landowners and developers who were perhaps sitting on the fence wondering whether to hold off or push on.   Since the start of the year, we have seen so many landowners feeling that the time is right to sell their land which is a good sign. Fingers crossed this new year optimism evolves further over the coming months.   Exciting times.       ![2020 optimism](https://newsandevents.lnhnetwork.co.uk/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/img_4024-2.jpg) ### Share this article - - - - [< Previous sample blog post](https://newsandevents.lnhnetwork.co.uk/looking-for-a-consented-site) - [Next sample blog post >](https://newsandevents.lnhnetwork.co.uk/prospecting-new-homes-opportunities-in-your-patch) #### Explore more [![services_image](https://newsandevents.lnhnetwork.co.uk/hs-fs/hubfs/raw_assets/public/Land_and_New_Homes_Network_November2020/images/services_image_footer-1.jpg?width=300&height=166&name=services_image_footer-1.jpg)](https://www.lnhnetwork.co.uk/services/) #### [Services](https://www.lnhnetwork.co.uk/services/) [![members_image](https://newsandevents.lnhnetwork.co.uk/hs-fs/hubfs/raw_assets/public/Land_and_New_Homes_Network_November2020/images/members_image_footer.jpg?width=300&height=166&name=members_image_footer.jpg)](https://www.lnhnetwork.co.uk/members-hub/) #### [Members’ Hub](https://www.lnhnetwork.co.uk/members-hub/) [![contact_image](https://newsandevents.lnhnetwork.co.uk/hs-fs/hubfs/raw_assets/public/Land_and_New_Homes_Network_November2020/images/contact_image_footer.jpg?width=300&height=166&name=contact_image_footer.jpg)](https://www.lnhnetwork.co.uk/contact/) #### [Contact](https://www.lnhnetwork.co.uk/contact/) #### Proud members of: - [Terms](https://www.lnhnetwork.co.uk/terms/) - [Privacy Statement](https://www.lnhnetwork.co.uk/privacy-statement/) LNH Network Limited.
